Refunds & Returns Policy

The Cardware Store aims to provide you with the best quality products and services for the best value. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined below in our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to limit, reject, cancel, correct or terminate any order for any reason, at any time. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our website, we will provide you with the opportunity to place an order at the correct price assuming such product is still available for sale. 


Returns

We will accept most return requests for new, unopened items in their original condition sold to you by us, granted they adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Within 10 Days of the Purchase Date
  • Sealed Product Unused & Unopened with packaging intact (Factory Sealed)

Due to the nature of digital products and price volatility of singles we do not accept returns for the following items. Please choose carefully:

  • Singles, Sets & Bulk Lots 
  • Gift Cards, Online Codes & Digital Products

Please note, ALL Return postage fees and costs are to be paid by the buyer unless the item is deemed faulty, damaged or not as described.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Returns Process

Please send us an email outlining the details of your return. Once it has been approved we will send you a Prepaid Return Label, you can the take the following steps:

  1. Print out your Return Label
  2. Repackage your item safely and securely (you can use the original packaging). Be sure to remove any existing shipping labels
  3. Stick the Return Label onto the package
  4. Lodge this at your local post office

Your replacement will be sent once we receive and process the return.

Refunds

Please note that all refunds will be assessed by a Customer Service team member prior to processing, to ensure all our return conditions are met. Should your refund request be successful, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived in the case that the item is received faulty, damaged or not as described.

Discounted items, whether on special offer or purchased with a discount code applied, will be refunded based on the amount paid on the order invoice.

All refunds will be issued after receiving and processing the returned goods. You can expect to receive your refund within 15 business days of returning the order, however in most cases you may receive it sooner. This time frame gives allowance for:

  • Transit time required for the goods to return to us (2 – 7 business days)
  • Refund request processing time (1 – 3 business days)
  • Time for the funds to reach your account (3 – 5 business days)

The refund will be remitted to you via the corresponding payment methods outlined below:

  • PayPalRefund will be credited to the PayPal account used for the original purchase
  • Credit/Debit Card - Refund will be credited to the account used to make the original purchase, please allow for varied processing times depending on your bank/financial institution

Guidelines

If you’ve changed your mind (or heart) about the item you’ve ordered – We can understand that sometimes we can make a purchase upon impulse and then experience buyer’s remorse shortly after. Luckily, we can assist with this as long as the goods are returned to us in the same condition as received and must remain sealed if brand-new. Please be advised that a 10% restocking fee will apply.

 

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described – Please get in touch with our customer service team (info@cardwarestore.com.au) so that we can assist you with the process of returning the goods. Our goal is help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible to ensure you are happy with your order. To aid us in processing your return, we may require photos detailing the fault, damage or the issue with the item.

 

If the item you received is not the one you ordered – Uh-Oh! Looks like something went wrong there. Please get in touch with our customer service team (info@cardwarestore.com.au)  and we will guide you through the steps so that we can resolve the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 

Your purchase will be deemed acceptance and agreement with all the policies stated above.
