Should your refund request be successful, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived in the case that the item is received faulty, damaged or not as described.

If you’ve changed your mind (or heart) about the item you’ve ordered – We can understand that sometimes we can make a purchase upon impulse and then experience buyer’s remorse shortly after. Luckily, we can assist with this as long as the goods are returned to us in the same condition as received and must remain sealed if brand-new. Please be advised that a 10% restocking fee will apply.
